Curbside Program
 

Households that receive an individual utility bill are eligible to participate in the City's 'Blue Bag Recycling Program'. Log on to the City's website for more information at www.uptexas.org.

 

Multi-Family Program
 

Households that receive an individual utility bill are eligible to participate in the City's 'Blue Bag Recycling Program'. Log on to the City's website for more information at www.uptexas.org.

 

Hazardous Disposal Program
  The City participates in the the Dallas Area Household Hazardous Waste Program along with 14 other cities and dallas county. Log on to the City's website for more information at www.uptexas.org or call the Dallas County Home Chemical Collection Center at 214/553-1765.

 

Yard Trimmings Program
  City authorized yard waste bags (affixed with City of University Park logo) can be purchased from City Hall and local supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. For more log on to the City's website at www.uptexas.org.

 

Composting Information
  Collected yard waste and brush are taken to a compost facility, and the use of plastic bags is not allowed by the facility because of contamination. The cost of the biodegradable paper bags defrays part of the cost of the yard waste program.

 

Electronics Recycling
