Residents may obtain a FREE blue recycle bin from City Hall, 911 Winscott Road, or Benbrook Water Authority, 1121 Mercedes Street. It is recommended that residents mark their names & addresses on their bins with waterproof paint or marker. Lids for recycle bins are available from City Hall for $6.41 including sales tax.

The City of Benbrook contracts with the Fort Worth Environmental Collection Center (ECC), to collect the following HHW materials: acids, aerosol cans, antifreeze, all batteries, brake fluid, craft & hobby materials, degreasers, drain cleaners, fertilizer, fluorescent lights, herbicides, household chemicals, motor oil, oil filters, paints/stains, paint thinners, pest strips, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, photo chemicals, pool chemicals, solvents, transmission fluid, and varnishes. The Environmental Collection Center (ECC) is located at 6400 Bridge Street in Fort Worth. It is open to residents of Fort Worth and participating cities on Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. (and it's free!).
